Surprise! We moved to College Station, TX. I’ve accepted the College Director position for Young Life at Texas A&M University. I never saw this one coming but I couldn’t have written it any better. Thank you Lord! If you know me, you know my love for College Station, TX, and Texas A&M University. During my time there (10 years ago!) as a volunteer leader at A&M Consolidated HS, I knew I was supposed to pursue Young Life staff full-time. Over the last 9 years, I’ve been honored to have the opportunity to run after kids in Frisco. I’ve seen kids meet Jesus. I’ve seen new YL ministries begin and thrive within the area. I’ve seen old club kids move home and become YL leaders. I’ve even seen many of them get married! I’ve grown up and learned who I truly am but most importantly, I’ve found the richest community I’ve ever known. Frisco, you have welcomed me into your homes and families. You have loved me, supported me, and prayed for me faithfully. I will never be the same and I can not say thank you enough. Frisco will always be home and there is a deep sadness I have about leaving. 🤍 However, the Lord has been preparing me for a move and I didn’t quite know what that meant. Now I know it was far beyond my own imagination. HERE WE GO AGS!
