I closed escrow on this house for myself about five months ago in the flats of Beverly Hills. The hanging star has been there for 40 years and has been a favorite amongst neighbors over the years. I am very sentimental but I am on the fence... do we respect legacy or do we move on with the new? Basic question... fun, festive, and quirky? Or time to pass the torch onto something new? As a commissioner in the city of Beverly Hills who strives to keep things from yesteryear I am torn. Or maybe we just put it up during the holidays??
