That’s a wrap with weights for @oregoncitygirlssoccer. Working with this team for the last 4+ months has been an absolute pleasure. These young ladies showed up consistently with open minds, positive attitudes and were beyond coachable. Some brand new to strength training, but not to hard work, in which they ALL did every time they showed up to lift. I can’t believe there are NINE seniors, I wish I had more time with all of you - but know I am beyond impressed with your maturity, leadership, and overall kindness toward me as a coach and each other. My take away of these ladies is that they are fierce competitors on the field and kind and fun humans off - which is my favorite kind of combo. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Thank you for trusting me and working hard for me. I can’t wait for our next pre-season or post-season program round in the weight room! Congrats to the seniors, good luck at playoffs... and I can’t wait to see what you all do, on and off that field!
