Current Obsession: Reading⁣ ⁣ It’s funny—for most of my life, I wasn’t very interested in books. I read a little here and there, but never really fell in love with reading. Growing up, school wasn’t exactly my thing either. I barely finished high school and never went to college. I have always been so curious about the world, eager to travel and work from an early age. Everything I know, I learned firsthand.⁣ ⁣ It took me nearly 40 years to fully appreciate and “fall in love” with reading. And now, I simply can’t stop. I love reading books that encourage me to look inward and dig deep to learn more about my truest self—what inspires me, evolves me, and challenges me.⁣ ⁣ Because I live in Santa Barbara and my office is in LA, I spend a lot of time driving and therefore, have been listening to a lot of audio books, too. I always make sure to buy a copy of the book I’m listening to—that way I can go back and read things over and over again.⁣ ⁣ One book that really stood out to me recently was A Radical Awakening by @doctorshefali. Honestly, this book came into my life when I needed it the most. So powerful.⁣ ⁣ Here are some of my favorite books I've read over the past few weeks.
