Last Thursday, we gathered as a community, along with Sundance Nature Alliance & Utah Open Lands, to celebrate the permanent protection of 316 acres of land put into a conservation easement by the Redford Family. ⁠ ⁠ Robert Redford thanked those attending, noting, ”how meaningful it is to us, and particularly to me, that you’re all here because of what this place represents.” The Redford Family Elk Meadows Preserve, will provide permanent protection for wildlife, wetland meadows and recreation.
