7 Core Bodyweight Exercises for Endurance Athletes Feel free to copy and save this routine for your next workout. Aim for 2 to 4 rounds - I did two because I was heading back home to NYC. I went for 45 second drills with 30 second recovery in between each workout. I built up a nice sweat fairly quickly. This flow consists of the following: Standing Side Crunches, V Hold, Up and Down Plank, Plack Jacks, Sit Ups, Half Burpees and Staggered Pushups.
