Research Review: Ribeiro 2019. While its true people can gain muscle in a variety if rep ranges, preference can play a big role in how enjoyable a workout is. I should also note that, while on average all ranges are about equally effective for hypertrophy, different people will likely expericence different results at different ranges. #hypertrophy #muscle #workout
