We are officially reopening and are extremely excited to announce our #comeback transformation program! This program is 9 weeks long and is targeted to get you lean and shredded just in time for Xmas. Results are amazing if you stick to the training protocol, eat right and do your best - we will be with you every step of the way! Our transformation program will begin on 25th Oct and end on 24th Dec 2021. In light of our “new normal”, this program will be our first HYBRID online and F2F program. Can’t make it to the gym? Not vaccinated? Don’t like crowds? We will be filming our classes LIVE @ 6am and 5:30pm and have a home variation for all our workouts. The program will be divided into 3 main phases: #COMEBACK solid – We go back to basics and work on the most essential components of fitness and strength to build a solid foundation. You will gain significant strength endurance on the main lifts which will build a base for weight loss and muscle gains. This phase is ideal for people who need a kickstart after being inactive during the MCO. #COMEBACK strong – We will undergo a mini strength cycle and focus on lifting heavier, running faster. Here we up the intensity from our fundamentals and focus on gaining some lean muscle whilst improving our anaerobic endurance. #COMEBACK shredded – The final push, this is where we focus on getting as lean and shredded as possible. This is how the last phase of our 8 weeks challenge feels like. We promise you, by the end of this phase, you will be your fittest and most sexiest self=) Due to the current SOPs and our need to manage capacity, there are LIMITED slots for this program. The full 9-week program, including access to our online and F2F sessions, is priced at RM600. However, we are releasing 20 EARLY BIRD slots at RM550 – EDIT: SOLD OUT!
