Morocco never ceases to amaze. From the time and care that goes into the tadelakt surfaces (their form of plaster created from lime and treated with natural soap for waterproofing) to the intricate hand carved plaster and tile work seen throughout mosques and schools. I truly love this place more and more with each visit, and the immense effort that goes into preserving a handmade culture steeped in symbolism and ancient history.
