Happy birthday to me! (Long post ahead) “Faith is confidence in what we hope for and the assurance that GOD is working, even though we cannot see it.” I once wanted everything on my time, in my specific way, and if it was not done that way I felt like i failed myself and others. God doesn’t work that way! I built out the perfect life in my head many times, and then I said I’m no longer setting GOALS I’m setting up my LIFE and If i want something it’s mine whenever it comes even if it’s not in the time frame I wanted, however I also have to do the work. God is always working even when everything seems against you and it’s not always going to be easy but have FAITH and let go - as someone once told me. Walking into THIRTY-WON * Good health * A newborn healthy baby boy (born 10/29) * Healthy relationship & loving significant other * Amazing supportive family and friends * Amazing career * My dream home * & the list goes on! I want to Thank God and my tribe for challenging me and supporting me in times where I lacked faith because I wanted to be in control and pushed me to keep going to obtain everything I prayed for, worked for, and then some!
