newest NOGI Curriculum on AOJ+ is with @coleabatejj and he is teaching you how to get underneath to create attacks You guys know Cole for his amazing skills displayed in the competition and his beautiful jiu jitsu, now is time to start following his career as an instructor. Last year Cole was offered the opportunity to lead the NOGI program at AOJ and despite his young age I knew his work ethic, his passion for learning and ability to share his knowledge would transform him into a great teacher. He has been doing an amazing work in the academy and now you guys can experience a little bit of it. Curriculum is a structured weekly class for you to follow along, its normally about 4 weeks long and focused on one specific theme. Differently than the Masterclasses, these are shorter programs (Masterclasses are over 5h) to give the students the “private lesson” feel and the opportunity to cover many different areas and topics. AOJ+ is on week 1 of “getting underneath to create attacks” by @coleabatejj & week 1 of “defending the stack pass” by @tainandalpra
