A light workout for all my ladies when it’s that time of the month 😓 I’ve always struggled with extremely low energy & mood swings during this time, which has made it hard for me to feel 100% at the gym. Overtime, I’ve learned to listen to my body and know that it’s okay to have slower days and enjoy the foods that I’m craving 🍨 Around this time, I usually do some light cardio followed by stretching and the sauna.. Just by getting my body moving a little bit, it helps to reduce my bloating, increases my moods, keeps me on schedule, & so much more 🤍 ✮ Treadmill for 30-45 minutes at a normal walking pace ✮ Stretching for around 20 minutes
