From @kevin.couliau 's photography to the printing process of Blacktop Memento, color played a crucial role in the narrative. The traditional CMYK printing technique served as the foundation of the book sequence. Designer @richardbertetic identified each photo's primary color percentage to determine its position in the book. Using the CMY spectrum helped us tell the story of these court memories, and with the help of @atelierbulk , we pushed the printing process a bit further. To highlight the textures, we implemented fluorescent @pantone inks 812c + 803c + 801c to the standard CMYK inks.
