I have always loved broken clothes. Rips, tears, holes - some pieces look brilliant in their natural state of disrepair. It’s one of my career greatest collaborations: co-designing with time, and, in many cases, co-designing with moths. 🪰 Sometimes I disagree with their eating-work, other times we are in perfect tune, like in the case of this scarf, one of my all time favourites, by @gaiasegattini.knotwear 🪰 I can just imagine her a few years down the line, not mended (but not in any way less loved), when she’ll look a bit punk, a bit grunge, a whole lot trash. 🪰 #lovedclotheslast #biodesign #designedwithmoths🪰
