My brother Nkozi (Bobzie)is a powerful-ass dude and even though he discarded his physical body, his presence is still felt and he’s still speaking to me. It’s been a lot of emotions over the past few weeks and there’s been a lot of catharsis in expressing the whole gamut of emotions. I’m thankful for the people who’ve reached out and shown me love (despite often not knowing what to say), the hugs I’ve received, the shoulders I’ve cried on. It’s gonna be a long process but I’m certain that growth will come from this. The fam only gets tighter, the love only gets stronger, and the focus stays on what really matters. And you better believe that we’re gonna honor him by putting out that Nkozi album.
