Recipe below 👇🏼 For the spaghetti squash: -cut it in half (longways) -remove the seeds and insides -drizzle and rub the flesh side with extra Virgin olive oil -top with salt and pepper -place face down, poke the outer edge with a fork a few times and bake at 400F for 40 minutes For the bolognese: -cook 1lb ground chicken in extra virgin olive oil on a pan until fully cooked -add 1 and a half cups of your favorite marina sauce (I used Raos) -add garlic powder, chili flakes, nutritional yeast and black pepper -let simmer for a few minutes When squash is done, flip over and rake with a fork to create your “spaghetti” Top with bolognese and some fresh parsley and enjoy! #easyrecipe #satisfying #satisfyingvideo #foodvideo #foodandwine #foodnetwork #foodbeast #feedfeed #thefeedfeed #eeeeeats #thrillist #recipes #easyrecipes #healthy #healthyrecipes #spaghettisquash #fallrecipe #healthybognese
