I’ve let myself feel all of my emotions this summer - & there have been so many 🤪 I’ve sat with the pain & reveled in the joy. Let the hard parts be seen by others & the good parts be shared with them. I’ve felt awe, & so much gratitude - for the small things, big things, good & bad things that are helping me create a life I live intentionally, & with love. I haven’t enjoyed every moment, but I have appreciated it all ❤️
