2 years sober today this may look like a sick picture but actually I got so insanely wasted before my show I showed up when my band was already on stage sloppily sang eating shit and laying on the floor I was almost too drunk to fly the next day and then when @tropical_fuck_storm played I thought it was a great time to interrupt their set with a wasted horrible disgusting kazoo solo and on top of that everyday I would scream to them that I wanted to kill myself a kazoo solo obviously wasn’t my rock bottom but my life has changed so much for the better and I owe it all to you guys I can now navigate life with grace and a piece of mind and know I am protected and loved and not stuck in a constant state of Chaos self destruction fear alienation and suffering. If you are out there and need help reach out and hang on tight baby for the wild ride ! Recovery takes work and patience but you can not only get off drugs and alcohol but improve your mental health find self love and self worth show up for people with love build real friendships and help other people find peace as well. I’m still a wild and crazy artist hippie lover but now I’m not on the verge of dying and feeling miserable every waking moment.
