The New Year can bring a sense of urgency to start every single goal you want to accomplish this year, but one goal I have this year is to slow down. Trying to actually make Sundays a day of REST. Be present with my kids vs trying to send emails during “play time”. It’s rare I just SIT. This was such a calming moment as we went on our first family walk to discover the amenities of our new community. Kylo was so chill and just sat on my lap and held my hand. 🥹 I suddenly have a new appreciation for sunsets. They literally happen every single day but for the first time I am giving them attention & they are my new favorite thing to witness. God has given us SO much & I don’t want to get distracted from appreciating every little thing, every little moment, every single day. Happy Sunday everyone! ❤️🙏🏽
