Aw man there is nothing I love more than working out my braiiiinnnn and connecting it to my body. Cone practice is REALLY great for gaining more control and strength on your skates. it’s so fun when all of your friends join in and try aswell. :) if you ever see me at the beach and you’re like “yo do you have your cones?” I’ll be like ~ yea let’s do ittttt ~ I practice cones every single time I skate. And I want every one to try it!!!! Don’t have cones? luckily you can use like any small object.. start with 1!! I may or may not make a video on how to help ~ keep a look out! Venice OG Larry inspired me to master the cones. He taught me many of the variations that you see here. I can’t wait to see him again to show him how much better I’ve gotten! 😍😍 AND to test him on some other cone exercises I’ve been trying! Yay Larry!! Anyway lets slow it downnnn ~ let’s FOCUS ~ WE are in charge of what our skates do. We are in control. we are strong ~ head 2 toe baby.. don’t be intimidated by them.
