It was an honor to welcome U.S. Special Presidential Envoy for Climate, John Kerry, to campus for a talk hosted by @publicdiplomacy. While we all should be concerned about climate change, Secretary Kerry told co-moderator Montana Denton and me that he is an optimist who believes that a low to no carbon future is possible. “The transition, Sec. Kerry said, can be faster and easier than we think.”
