Why I dry brush before the sauna π
Dry brushing stimulates lymphatic flow, improves circulation, and primes your skin + body to release toxins more efficiently in the heat. When followed with a Theragun, you amplify recovery and drainage even further !!!
Hereβs exactly how I do it:
Upper Body
1. Raise one arm β brush from wrist up to armpit.
2. Repeat on the other arm.
3. Brush across chest + stomach toward the heart.
4. Gently brush down your neck β collarbones.
Lower Body
1. Start at ankles β brush up to knees.
2. Brush from knees β thighs + groin.
3. Repeat on the other leg.
Theragun Finish:
Use a Theragun or percussion massager after brushing to boost circulation, prep muscles for sauna heat, and maximize lymphatic drainage.
β¨ This combo = deeper detox, better recovery, glowing skin.
