At 29 I no longer can take a hangover well or being uncomfortable in anyway 😂 so I’m starting off by showing you what I pack in our ‘First Aid Kit’ 🩹 Obviously there are trained medics on site for any serious injury, however, I’m a mum now, I like to be prepared as much as possible! Disclaimer - don’t feel the need to go out and buy all this stuff! A lot we already have at home as trained first aiders. and I’m taking them from the family kit.
