We are excited about a new mixed-use complex that would energize a stretch of Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills. We are working with HBC, the parent company of Saks Fifth Avenue, to redevelop the area to include offices, shops, restaurants, and apartment buildings. The project also includes the rehabilitation of the historic Saks department store designed in the late 1930s by the architecture firms of Parkinson & Parkinson and Paul R. Williams.
