Fear. Fear of failure. Fear of uncertainty. Anxiety. Anxious about the future. Insecurity. Am I even good enough for this? Are my ideas viable? Stop focusing on success. Instead, start focusing on achieving your goals. Success will follow. Pursuing success is literally non pursuable. Pursuing success is like chasing the end of a rainbow. The location of the end of a rainbow is a matter of perception, and will always change when you are in motion. Similarly, when you go about life with the purpose of “being successful,” your definition of “success” will also be a matter of your own perception, and will always change while you are in motion. Read that again, and let it sink in. Be confident in in yourself. Embrace that things may not go as planned. Instead of comparing yourself to others, consider how far you’ve come.
