TUNA SALAD SEAWEED WRAP If you need a quick and easy lunch that’s packed with protein, give these delicious wraps a try! They take less than 10 minutes to make, but you can definitely prep the tuna salad ahead of time and assemble the wraps when you’re ready to eat to save you even more time 😊 Tuna salad: 1 can skipjack tuna (5-6oz), drained well 2 tbsp sliced green onion 2 tbsp finely chopped celery 1.5 tbsp avocado mayo 1 tsp tamari or low sodium soy sauce 1/2-1 tsp rice vinegar 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds Sriracha or hot sauce to taste (optional) Sea salt to taste Wraps: 1-2 large seaweed wraps shredded red cabbage (or carrots/cucumber cut into matchsticks) avocado, sliced Combine all the tuna salad ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine. Feel free to adjust seasoning to taste. Place the nori sheet shiny side down on your cutting board. Add the tuna salad to one side of the wrap, leaving some space on the edge, and top with red cabbage and avocado. Carefully roll, then place seam side down and cut in half.
