Can’t believe this kitchen is finally done! Renovations are a whirlwind, but when you come out on the other side the payoff is huge. This has been the most personal project I’ve worked on thus far, and I’m so grateful for the family and friends that chipped in to make this a reality. The honed quartzite really grounds the space, and it’s one of the toughest countertop materials out there. The sliding picture window took the view to the treetops (it was originally a view of the deck and too low to run cabinets below) and the light pine floors and sugar maple shelves add a bit of warmth to an otherwise cool palette.
