This fall, our work for a tofu store and restaurant has been completed in Takeo Onsen, Saga. The building was designed to appear as a wooden house structure with a gently arched exterior, which was developed in harmony with the surrounding environment and the adjacent historical gate. Along with the dynamic daylight shining through the windows, the skylight creates a beautiful gradation of light on the soft curves and walls as the day goes by. この秋に佐賀県武雄温泉に竣工した豆腐屋のショップ兼レストラン。歴史的建造物の楼門もある周辺環境と呼応するように、木造でかつ平家の建築物として見えるように計画し、柔らかく弧を描いた外観とした。内部空間の光はダイナミックで、天窓はやわらかな天井のラインや壁面に、美しい光のグラデーションを作り出している。 Shop: @saga_hirakawaya.takeo.ureshino Photo: @benrich__ Furniture: @ariake_collection
