Chicken Rub with White BBQ Sauce1 tbsp dried thyme1 tbsp dried oregano1 tbsp ground cumin1 tbsp paprika1 tbsp onion powder1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper10 chicken thighs - about 3 lbs.Combine first 7 ingredients. Pat chicken dry. Rub a little bit of olive oil over each thigh, then coat with rub. Massage rub into chicken. Marinate chicken at least 4 house in refrigerator. Remove chicken from refrigerator. Grill chicken over medium heat-high heat 8-10 minutes each side or until meat thermometer reads 165°.BBQ Sauce1.5 cups mayonnaise1/4 cup white wine vinegar1 garlic clove minced1 tbsp spice brown mustard1 tsp sugar1 tsp salt2 tsp horseradishWhisk together all ingredients until well blended.
