So elegant and precious to me - hiding and peaking from a dark corner; with lots of different layers: dark chocolate ganache with raspberries, choc chip and mascarpone with wild blueberries on a vanilla/ almond and cocoa sponges. Decorated with Swiss meringue buttercream and edible pearls. You know that you live in a great neighbourhood when your oven breaks down and you can run across the street to borrow your neighbour’s oven! It was so lovely to chat over a cup of tea to my neighbour & friend while bases were getting baked in the oven. So grateful! My new long awaited oven will be with me tomorrow and I already feel sorry for it as it will have a very busy life with me ...😉✨~
