I have been talking to many people about what has been happening in Palestine, which, by the way, has been going on since 1948 but the stage for the Palestinian conflict was set well before that in the 1800s the biggest point of contention that I have come across is the accusation that if u are pro-palestine u are anti-semitic. which is not the case. at all. im anti-zionist not anti-semitic. rather the ways in which israelis have been propaganda’d into believing that palestine is their manifest destiny and therefore use excessively violent means to pursue this. palestinians have never been seen, heard, or acknowledged. seen as nonexistent by colonizers and painted as terrorists for wanting to defend their home. so i am glad to see many people continuing to learn, talk about, and support them
