An explanation...🤍 Hey everyone, it’s Ruby. The owner of @goaldiggercoachingltd . For the past month, I have been silent. At the beginning of November, I made everyone aware in the WhatsApp groups that I needed a break. I made you all aware that I didn’t know how long I’d need, whether that would be a few days or a few weeks...💭 I’m always 100% open and honest with all of my clients (sometimes too much😳😂) & this is why I am making this post. On the 1st June I became a mother to my beautiful little girl. As much of an absolute blessing it is to be a mother, it can be extremely challenging at times. I have so much going on in my life all day everyday and it got to the point where I had no choice but to take a break and prioritise my own mental and physical well being. For years I have always put GDC first before anything but it got to the point where I physically and mentally couldn’t continue doing what I was doing. I knew I needed a break. My health was declining physically and mentally so I listened to my body for once. A lot of things are going to be changing for GDC...but for the better. These changes will benefit myself as well as all of our amazing, loyal and motivated clients. I just want to say a huge thank you to those who have checked in on me and to those who have supported my decision whilst I focused on myself and had a break. You know who you are, and it doesn’t go unnoticed- I promise🤍 Keep an eye out on the page & your EMAILS for updates and sneak peaks which will be coming very soon. 01/01/2023 - put it in your diary Over the years, GDC as a company has been described as ‘the best in the entire industry’... be patient with us.
