Transformation... 1) 2004 - Salamanca, Spain Right before this, I went through a period of time where I limited food, as that was something I ‘had control’ of. In the moment I thought I was fine, but I had realized later I lost too much weight. 2) 2005/2006 - Honolulu, HI After losing weight, I had this image of what I wanted to look like based off of how I had looked the previous year. But my body was craving food/energy, it turned into a cycle of binging & throwing up. I didn’t want to continue to do that as I knew it wasn’t healthy nor was I happy & I clearly needed to work on finding a healthy balance. I seeked help & worked through it, this photo is at the end of this period. 3) 2010 - Temecula, CA Finding a balance in life, working out & exploring more. 4) 2012 - San Francisco, CA A year into CF, learning more about training for performance & spending more time in the gym to reach my goal of qualifying for the CF Games. 5) 2015 - El Paso, TX Training full time for the CF Games, I had qualified for the Games 2 years in a row & working on my 3rd year. Training & fueling my body for this goal. 6) 2018 - Las Vegas, NV After the 2018 CF Games, my final year as a individual, taking some down time after competition to focus on my business. 7) 2019 - Manhattan, NY Photoshoot for a clothing company, not training as much, focusing on building my wine company & traveling more. 8) 2020 - Atlanta, GA Selected for The Rock’s NBC Titan Games, an opportunity that I was blessed to have. Training 1-2 hrs a day and spending more time with my business. 9) 2021 - Mesquite, NV Long Drive event, training changed a little to focus on improving my swing and creating more power for this event. I promise I’m happy in the photo. This transformation took years. My ‘long story short’ - it takes time, remember to enjoy the process, you’ll learn more about you and what you are really seeking. There will definitely be up and down days but it’s about taking it one day at a time. Embrace the struggles, celebrate the successes, you will get there. #transformation #changes #life
