Where awareness goes, energy follows. This was just the trip I needed at just the right time and already I feel things are shifting for the better since coming home. 🏄🏻‍♀️🧘‍♂️ What a fun legend @zoekleinyoga is for holding space for us to expand & grow however we so desired. So many little take-homes from just one week. And shared with a bunch of angels and now, mates. Life’s short. We say it a lot, but are we acting on it?
