Sel et poivre
80 g de beurre
500 g de pâtes Cavatappi
250 g de Guanciale coupé en gros morceaux
Huile de truffe

250gr comte cheese leave extra for finish
Salt pepper
80 gr of butter split in half

250 gr of guanciale cut into chunks less than one-half inch thick
