Put my heart and soul into “Presence”. There’s no two ways about it, I wear my heart on my sleeve it’s how I was raised. My life span is limited, I was gifted this body mind and soul with the opportunity to explore the Earth, to really learn what this human experience is all about. I take that gift a little to seriously sometimes 🐒. And so at times I’ve found myself caught in all kinds of anxiety, fear, delusions, illusions, even hallucinations- although those were almost exclusively a whole lot of fun. The reality of the concept of “presence”, really being here now - along with my use of psychedelics has brought me through some of the darkest times in my life back to the beauty, wonder, and awe that I’m grateful to say I see in the world every day around me now. Putting this project together was one of the hardest and most rewarding experiences of my life. It really tested the bonds of all my relationships forced me to examine my mind in novel ways, it pushed my limits physically and mentally. Grateful to have co-directed, produced, and co-wrote this film with my best friends, grateful for the opportunity to work with a crew that really cared about the vision.
