yooooooo I swear @landonwarmund was trying to kill me today, and I’ve never been more grateful!🥹 (also idk what happened at the finish line, but pr or er yah digggg) Kansas City is special, and it’s hard to not get emotional watching everyone race their hearts out. From early mornings, to injuries, to personal life, to prioritizing training over things you’d rather be doing... every racer should be so proud no matter their outcome on the course of the dedication and discipline this creates in you. The community’s that @kansasrunclub and @816runclub have built, and the coach that @coach_rwt is makes these days so special. Hobbled away today with a 10 min pr, and a new appreciation and love for the people around me.❤️‍🔥 If He keeps giving us the paint, we will keep painting.🙏🏼
