Lately I’ve been much more aware of how and where I direct my energy. If it’s not serving me, I’m not putting energy towards it. It’s simply not possible to level-up by doing the same things that haven’t worked in the past. The good thing is we usually have a sense of what’s NOT working for us. The harder part is figuring out what to lean into. But there are always signs that let us know if we’re on the right path. We just have to keep our eyes open for them. If you wanna redesign you gotta read the signs.
