Replying to @Elijah personally I never do pause deadlifts, and I’ve noticed practically no transfer. That’s not true for some of my clients though, who have really benefited from them. But even with clients who benefit they vary in intensities and ranges. So I’d commit to running the experiment and see what you find. #deadlifts #pausedeadlifts #powerlifting #strengthcoach
