HEALTHY RECIPE: These crispy avocado chips are so easy & yummy not to mention gluten-free and low-carb! INGREDIENTS •One large ripe avocado peeled and seed removed •3/4 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated or shredded •1 teaspoon lemon juice •1/2 teaspoon garlic powder •1/4 teaspoon onion powder •1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 325 line baking sheets with parchment paper. In a medium bowl add the avocado, mash with a spoon until completely puréed add in cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir until everything is evenly blended add one heaping teaspoon of batter to prepared sheet using another piece of parchment paper flatten each dollop as thin as you can, the thinner the better so the cheese gets extra crispy. Bake for 15 minutes until lightly browned...Gently flip the chips and cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes making sure the cheese doesn’t get too brown.
