WOW YES I love this meal. this is one of my favorite holiday meals - with Scandinavian roots I grew up eating this and it’s rich and special and mostly very easy and OMG it’s so good. the meatballs are suuuper tender and the creamy gravy over everything is life giving. even my two and four year old (who have become a bit particular) are LOVING this meal right now and always ask for seconds.
