The Fair poster is hitting 📬 mailboxes 📬 this week and we want you to meet the team behind this year’s NY Art Book Fair identity, @drawdownbooks! Christopher Sleboda and Kathleen Sleboda currently split their time between Boston, Massachusetts, and New Haven, Connecticut, on the traditional homelands of the Quinnipiac, Pawtucket, and Massachuset people. Together they run Draw Down Books (publishing and curating printed matter), create illustrations as Gluekit, design for clients from various cultural institutions, and teach at Boston University and the Rhode Island School of Design. Kathleen is Nlaka’pamux and an enrolled member of the Coldwater Band of Merritt, British Columbia.
