"When creating this piece, I was inspired by the song 'Modern Loneliness' by Lauv. We all live in the age of social devices that are supposed to keep us more connected. Ironically, captured in the lyrics of the song, “We’ve never alone but always depressed.” I find this phenomenon to be very intriguing yet disheartening at the same time.
