What I Eat In A Day Vegan 🌱 Easy delicious meals!
Hope this gives you some meal inspo on recipes you can add to your week to change it up✨
Breakfast: Green Smoothie — frozen banana, frozen mango, soy milk, spinach, greens powder, and protein powder.
Lunch: Tempeh Satay Bowl — quinoa, tempeh, lettuce, sesame seeds and a sauce made with peanut butter, lime juice, coconut milk and tamari sauce.
Snack/light meal: Smoothie Bowl — frozen pure acai, frozen berries, banana, frozen mango, coconut water and protein powder. Topped with coconut, granola, cacao nibs and peanut butter.
Dinner: Lentil Bolognese — sauce made with lots of garlic, tomato paste, herbs, salt, olive oil, red wine vinegar, veg stock and added lentils and spinach. Served with spaghetti and vegan parmesan cheese.
Dessert: Apple Cinnamon Roll — recipe coming soon.
