It’s been ages since I jumped in on one of these challenges. Felt inspired this morning to give this one a go.

✏️Notes from Host:
📲 My phone was on the ground tilted slightly up.
🔅 Start on all 4s on forearms. Rotate one arm lateral (aligned with mat if you’re on one)
🔆Use your back knee to help your bottom leg/ hip external rotate especially if you have tight hips like me.
🔅 Reach back for outside top of foot with opposite hand and kick into hand like any tiger pose/ dancer posture. I made an effort to try to create more space between leg and arm.
🔅 head is pretty low so drop head and turn gaze sideways.
No rules, no deadlines, make the pose work for YOUR body. Have some fun & try a cool shape seen on a fellow yogi while we lift each other up. That’s the spirit of yogi-see-yogi-do.
