We are currently on the look out for a head chef for Sargasso to start in September. The restaurant has achieved so much in its first year and the ideal candidate will have great foundations on which to build on. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years experience at head chef level running and successfully managing a kitchen at a similar level.
