Supervisor @Nathan_Fletcher directed the San Diego County Sheriff's to escort an attendee out of the Chamber during Tuesday's Board meeting after her third warning for what Fletcher deemed, "disruptive" behavior. The Sheriff's then dragged her out by her arm, and aggressively handcuffed her. Morgan went to the hospital Friday with bruising all over her body, a dislocated rib, black eye, head trauma and more.
