~ It is an absolute pleasure and joy to have a local bakery just around the corner that bakes sourdough breads, the most delicious croissants and much more! I’ve been following a journey of @chezmaitre_eltham and it has been amazing! A dream of one man who is carrying this passion for baking in his heart and wanted to open a local bakery for our community to share and spread the love for quality handmade sourdough. With so many ups and downs, frustrating and happy moments, sleepless nights and most importantly hard work @chezmaitre_eltham will be opening next week! And so many people can’t wait!
