We are about 10 days in on our bone broth #21DayChallenge together with @ancientnutrition; how are you feeling!? Here is my progress: I feel less bloating and puffiness and people are giving me compliments about looking fit, which feels good😉 My energy level is up higher than before, making my daily activities – and even exercise easier. In fact, I actually have been looking forward to my exercising because I have more energy to perform better! 💪🏻 I’ve also noticed I am sleeping more soundly. And tend to wake up less throughout the night. Which was honestly not what I thought would happen. To keep things interesting I’ve been switching to the butternut squash bone broth.
