According to reports, a #California teen was taken into police custody last week after bringing 150 fentanyl pills to school which led to the eventual overdose of a school employee.
The Bakersfield Police Department responded to Chipman Junior High School Friday following a report that a student was in possession of 150 fentanyl pills disguised as Percocet.
School officials say the pills were discovered after the student was searched following an unrelated altercation with another student. The school supervisor, upon opening the bottle containing the pills, suffered an "inhalation hazard."
The young teen was charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of sales and was taken to a juvenile detention center following the arrest.
